CrossFit athlete. Gym owner. Coach. Mum of two. Competing at the top level in two disciplines in 2026.
Isabella Vallejo isn't a gym personality who stumbled into competition. She's been competing at elite level since she was a teenager — and she won. CrossFit Games Teen Champion (16–17 Women) is a title that doesn't fade, and it set the foundation for everything that followed.
Today, Bella operates out of Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. She owns and coaches at CrossFit Movida, runs her personal training business Retreat PT, raises two boys, and still trains at a level that puts her in the top 30 women in Australia in the CrossFit Open.
She eats to perform. Everything she puts into her body is intentional — high volume, high quality, local where possible. Nutrition isn't a side conversation for Bella, it's central to how she trains and how she teaches others to train.
In 2026 she's doing what most athletes only attempt one at a time — competing at Torian Pro in Brisbane (CrossFit's premier Oceania Semifinal) and Hyrox World Championships in Stockholm. Two disciplines. Two world stages. Same year.
Bella is a genuine athlete with genuine reach — not a content creator who picked up a barbell. She's competing at the highest level in two disciplines while running a gym, coaching clients, and raising a family on the Sunshine Coast. Her audience is real, local, and engaged.
She supports local businesses as a core value — not a marketing strategy. If your brand aligns with health, performance, nutrition, or community, Bella is a natural and authentic fit.
